Matthew Nicholas is owned and run by Matthew Ostle and Nicholas Sinnott. Having gained significant experience in Estate Agency and the wider business world, both felt it was time to do things their own way……. That was some years ago, and now the firm enjoys a reputation for professional, honest and above all personal service in an industry not generally noted for any of those qualities!

Located in the centre of the village of Wollaston in an Art Deco building, formerly the first Coffee House and Reading Room in the village, we now provide a relaxed and comfortable place in which clients can meet us and discuss their requirements.
