- Marketing your property & finding the right Tenant
We aim to give the very best, unbiased and informed advice on the true rental potenial of your home. If you decided to instruct us, we will prepare eye catching property details, containing a broad range of photographs. We complement this with our backlit window displays and advertising here on our website, along with the a large number of property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, to ensure maximum exposure to any suitable Tenants. Your viewings will always be accompanied by one of the team. Once a suitable Tenant is found, we will ensure you are kept fully informed regarding the Tenancy application, referencing procedure and detail of the agreement.
- Looking after your property
Regardless of which service you choose, our Letting and Property Management departments will work closely to ensure a thorough preparation of your property for your Tenant. We will ensure you have been informed of your obligations as a Landlord and can arrange any of the safety or legislative elements that may be required to protect you and your Tenant.
If you have opted for our Full Management service, we are unusual as a managing agent in that we are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year should there be any problems with your property. Your Tenant will talk to one of the team who knows the property, you and how to solve the problem with which they are presented, quickly and cost effectively. We use local, reputable tradesmen who we know value the relationship they have with us on your behalf. We do not take any financial incentive from them and your authority is always sought prior to instructing works. We are very happy to use your own tradesmen if you prefer.
